We are looking for a Direct Marketing Specialist focused on Direct Marketing & CRM.

The main objective of the role will be supporting CRM Marketing Manager in increasing activation and engagement our users base (both B2C and B2B) throughout all available touch points.

As a Direct Marketing Specialist, you’ll be a support for:

●     Performing direct marketing activities including campaign set-up, scheduling and deployment of both one-shot and recurring campaigns through marketing automation tool

●     Maximizing conversion by performing A/B testing and creating highly targeted email campaigns  

●     Defining and managing  direct marketing calendar finding the best way to communicate (by emails, sms, push notifications) ensuring communication toward right target 

●     Supporting contents creation to provide relevant information to our user base and increase its engagement with our platform  

●     Managing external partners involved in direct marketing activities (creative agencies, email marketing provider, crm system, mobile partner and content creators) 

●     Analyzing DB evolution / customer insights to ensure effective building of customer-segmentations and related communication strategy  

●     Developing User Journey Mapping, analysing all touch points and maximising commercial opportunities 

●     Supporting loyalty program creation and comarketing management to increase brand reputation and to increase users base engagement with our platform 

●     Regularly reporting on actions results to internal stakeholders  

●     Monitoring competitors’ activity, relevant industry trends and opportunities 

●     Be aware and curious about new trends of online and mobile marketing.

Skills & Experience:

●         Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences or Marketing

●         3-5 years experience in Online Marketing with specific focus on Direct Marketing and CRM

●         Familiar with email marketing, digital and analytics tools

●         Attention to details, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

●         Analytical skills and creative problem solving skills;

●         Good organization and prioritisation skills;

●         Able to work in dynamic environment and under pressure

●         Passionate about new online trends and technologies

●         Fluent in English
