For a company of our Group, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who will devise, manage and execute high impact marketing plans in Italy as head of the Marketing team. We are seeking someone who’s keen on creating the best experience for job seekers and employers, running high-performance marketing and delivering business results through data-driven go-to-market strategy.
Own the delivery of the marketing plan against budget and objectives, track on all marketing KPIs, optimising performance based on data
Plan and manage a mix of B2B and B2C marketing activities across online and offline channels to communicate the InfoJobs’ story to job seekers and employers
Work closely with cross-functional team (Sales, Product, Strategy, PR, Digital Marketing) and feed their insights into the marketing plan
Analyze the effect of different online and offline channels on marketing KPIs and devise strategies to drive efficiency
Responsible to report on marketing performance and strategic insights to all levels of the organization
6+ years of marketing experience, preferably both B2C and B2B
Experience in managing a team
Keen on understanding the various consumer segments and their behaviours
Knowledge of measurement metrics and analytics to evaluate the efficacy of all marketing channels, with a proven track record in online campaigns
Fluency in English
