For a company of our group, we are looking for a creative, goal-oriented, highly-motivated Key Account Manager to contribute in our growth in Milan e-recruiting business. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for an existing portfolio of clients and will be required to develop new clients, promoting and selling e-recruting and digital marketing solutions. The person will be part of the Sales Team with a full time contract.




–        Promote and sale e-recruiting and digital marketing solutions

–        Build solid relationships with clients in Milan

–        Actively seek for sales/upselling opportunities and report them to the sales manager

–        Generate new business by approaching and visiting strategic prospects

–        Reach sales targets and collaborate with the sales team

–        Be in complete autonomy in making proposals, reports and presentations for clients

–        Supervise the competitor activity in his/her region

–        Coordinate his/her activity with other sales channels



–        Education: Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent culture

–        Proven successful track record in sales and e-recruiting solutions

–        Proven and good relationship with clients

–        Ability to build solid, profitable and long term relationships

–        Ability to meet and exceed in sales targets and be highly motivated in sales

–        Flexibility, proactivity and be independant with problem solving skills

–        Goal and Business oriented

–        Listening skills

–        Foreign languages: English

–        Able to make business trips

–        5 years of experience at least
