We are looking for a passionate and curious Inside Sales Manager to be part of the Sales Area.


As Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible to:


  • Achieving the fixed sales, margin and market shares through the consolidation and development of the Inside Sales department of Subito and Infojobs
  • To contribute in direct and indirect way to the development of sales
  • Ensuring the priority of profitability
  • To motivate and support the team of Inside Sales
  • To develop initiatives for the aquisition of new customers
  • Maintain a perfect coverage of prices, discounts and promotions
  • Corrdinate with the other sales channels and other business functions
  • To produce accurate forecasts and reports
  • Constant monitoring of the territorial activity of competitors


Background and Technical Skilss:


  • Consolidated experience in the role matured within structured companies preferably in the digital services sectors for small/medium business.
  • Excellent knowledge of training techniques
  • Good team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of sales techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of digital communication products for small medium business market
  • Excellent organizational, managerial and analytical skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, personal initiative and goal orientation
  • Ability to work in a group and in multinational and multicultural environments.
  • At least 5 years experience in the role
  • Good knowledge of both spoken and written English
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office Package
