The ideal candidate is a team player who understands the full user lifecycle from acquisition to monetization, with a main focus on retention, from strategy to evaluation. You will be part of Engagement Marketing team and as an expert you’ll be responsible for delivering full projects and campaigns to increase the happiness of our users cross-channel and working closely with the Marketing and Product&Tech teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, pilot and rapidly iterate the user onboarding and retention marketing programmes: from strategy to creative concepting, execution, optimization and reporting results
  • Establish and execute engagement strategies based on customer life-cycle segmentation
  • Initiate, design and launch large scale retention campaigns (email, push, sms, retargeting, paid channels)
  • Analyse, monitor and optimize our campaigns in conjunction with the business insights team
  • Work with growth teams (acquisition, activation) to lead the creation and preparation of new campaigns
  • Work closely and coordinate with all departments (Product, UX, Sales, Tech, …) within the organization worldwide, including international regional teams.

Key Skills:

  • Knowing the users cohorts inside out – You’ll need to deep into the world of the users, activate them further and satisfy them preventing churn
  • Proven track record of effectively engaging with a large scale user base and keeping the engagement of our user to maximum
  • Relevant experience with with the digital marketing channels for engagement and retention objectives, such as: Paid Channels, Retargeting, Email, Push Notifications
  • Experience with Marketing Automation & Campaign Tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus)
  • Highly experienced in Excel; Tableau is a plus
  • Outstanding data-driven mindset, with a keen interest in innovation of marketing techniques and trends, business models and media consumption
  • 4/5 years of experience in agency, media company or online/offline company
