Schibsted Italy business, Subito’s services company, is looking for a well-motivated, customer oriented and operational excellent Customer Support Account, with outstanding customer service skills and a focus on problem resolution.


  • Support customers’ needs on Subito and Infojobs, Schibsted’s company,  in a different way for each of them by offering excellent service via phone, chat and email
  • Gather correct information by customers in order to manage problems and ensuring resolution in time
  • Involve other business functions if needed and being accountable of customer satisfaction
  • Provide Customers with correct and complete answers working in a multichannel service: email, live chat, Inbound and Outbound
  • Contribute to enhance internal knowledge, sharing own experiences and contributing with continuous improvement processes


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Care
  • Strong interest in digital advertising market
  • Knowledge of IT tools, mainly Office Automation
