Schibsted Italy business, Subito’s services company, is looking for a well-motivated, customer oriented and operational excellent Customer Support Team Leader, with excellent relational and management skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Interact with your team in order to support customers’ needs on Subito/Infojobs in a different way for each of them by offering excellent service via phone, live chat and email, Inbound and Outbound
  • Supporting Team members in order to constantly improve their activities in compliance with qualitative KPIs
  • Listen to the needs of the group in order to give added value to the customer’s response
  • Working with the “Agile” mode with the team coordinating both the phase of proposing the improvement actions and then developing the possible solutions
  • Gather correct information by customers in order to manage problems and ensuring resolution in time
  • Contribute to enhance internal knowledge, sharing own experiences and contributing with continuous improvement processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of coordinating a group
  • Strong interest in digital advertising market
  • Knowledge of IT tools, mainly Office Automation
