We’re looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and exploit full marketing potential out of our users. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors and agencies in order to ensure performance and deliver results. It is your mission to connect even more people to Subito and increase their level of satisfaction toward our platform.

As a CRM Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing the overall CRM strategy to support the customer lifecycle and to reach business objectives
  • Grant customer retention and develop a loyalty and an engagement program
  • Supporting research team on enriching customer segmentation and customer insights identification
  • Deploying direct marketing planning with particular focus on cross-platform user acquisition and drive conversion across the funnel
  • Coordinate and ensure coherence of messages and tone of voice across all touch points
  • Constantly identify new streams (also trough predictive model) to enrich user profiling and new users acquisition
  • Manage and optimize the campaign management process and provide continuous enhancement and Innovation of CRM platform and tools;
  • Measuring and analyzing return and effectiveness of all activities supporting both business results and online marketing initiatives and share results across the organization.

Background:

·         Solid experience (>8 years) with modern international companies with specific degree of knowledge of CRM strategies and best in class execution tools

·         Managed external vendors to build B2C and B2B CRM

·         Proven track record as effective manager of large amount of user communities and able to build relevant customer journeys

·      A ‘can-do’ attitude.

·     Must knows how to get things done in a complex fast-moving organization

·      Leadership skills in order to grant collaborators’ focus and commitment toward the project;

·       Communication skills: written and oral. Must be able to build and communicate a vision

·       Self-motivating personality, resilient and stress resistant

·       Fluent in English and Italian – both written and spoken
