We’re looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and exploit full marketing potential out of our users. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors and agencies in order to ensure performance and deliver results. It is your mission to connect even more people to Subito and increase their level of satisfaction toward our platform.
As a CRM Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
· Solid experience (>8 years) with modern international companies with specific degree of knowledge of CRM strategies and best in class execution tools
· Managed external vendors to build B2C and B2B CRM
· Proven track record as effective manager of large amount of user communities and able to build relevant customer journeys
· A ‘can-do’ attitude.
· Must knows how to get things done in a complex fast-moving organization
· Leadership skills in order to grant collaborators’ focus and commitment toward the project;
· Communication skills: written and oral. Must be able to build and communicate a vision
· Self-motivating personality, resilient and stress resistant
· Fluent in English and Italian – both written and spoken

· Previous experience with marketing cloud platforms
